Do I have to buy anything after I register?

No, you don't have to buy anything after you register. Everybody is welcome to drop by any at anytime. As a registered user, you have the privilege to bid or sell on items any time you want.

Can I bid on as many items as I like?

You will receive a confirmation message via e-mail shortly after you register. This is to ensure that your e-mail address is valid.

Can I register under more than one account?

No. Wolf Paw Products & Auctions will only allow you to register one account per user. In cases that you forget your username or password, please don't create a new account in an attempt to remedy the situation. Instead, click on the Forgot your username or password link when trying to Log In.

You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you registered with so that Wolf Paw Products & Auctions can send you your current Logon ID and Password right away. You may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

How do I place a bid on an item?

You must firt Login, before placing a bid. If you have not registered, please click register to create an account.

Once you find an item you are interested in bidding on, click on the image to get onto the listing page. Our automated bidding increment model will have the bid increased and ready for you to apply it. You alter the bid by clicking the bid now/place bid buttons. When the bid amount is set, clicking on the Bid button to register your bid.

Do you have any advice for new bidders?

Before placing your bid, take some time to look over the item.

We suggest you learn as much information as possible about any item you are interested in.

How can I find more information on an item before making a purchase?

You may contact the seller before placing a bid if you require additional information about the item, the payment terms, or would like to determine shipping and handling costs. You can send an email to the seller at the ask seller a question on the page where the item is being auctioned.

What exactly is an Open Auction?

Open Auction format is the classic Wolf Paw Products & Auctions auction format. In this type of auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. Bidding starts at the price the seller lists it at and the seller must sell the item to the highest bidder.

Once the auction closes, an e-mail notification providing payment information will be sent.

Why will the system not accept my bid?

There are two reasons why a confirmed bid can be considered invalid:

  1. You have entered an invalid value in the "Bid Amount" field. Make sure that your bid amount contains only numbers. Do not enter any dollar signs ($) or commas (,) etc. into the bid amount field. Also, do not enter any cent increments. Only whole dollar amounts will be applied.
  2. Your bid amount is less than the "Next Bid" value. Make sure that your bid is equal to or greater than the current "Next Bid" value shown on the listing page.

How can I retract my confirmed bid?

Once you have submitted your confirmed bid, it cannot be retracted except in the case of obvious typographical errors or an error in the item's listing. In this case, e-mail wolfpaw_products@yahoo.ca with all applicable information, including your username, the type of error, and the item's listing number. A customer service representative will review your request and make a determination based on the information you provide.

Where can I monitor my bidding activity?

You can monitor all your bidding activity once you login to your account and on the left side of the page is your control panel,there you will see active bids or open bids.

How do I determine when an auction has closed?

You can locate an auction you have bid on from within the Control Panel Active Bids section , or by entering the listing number, if known, from the Search page.

How can I tell if I am the winning bidder?

After the auction closes, the listing page will show you as auction winner. We will also send you an automated email indicating the auction has closed and you are the winning bidder.

You are responsible for returning to the Wolf Paw Products & Auctions website to verify that you have won the auction. If you do not receive notice and believe you are the successful bidder, you must verify the auction status from within the Manage My Active Bids section of Control Center.

Will you post my winning item into my account after the auction closes or will I have to notify you?

Any won item will post in the winners account within seconds after the auction closes. If the item has not posted within an hour after the auction, please notify customer service at wolfpaw_products@yahoo.ca . Please include your username and the listing number of the auction. A customer service representative will address the issue and get back to you within 24 hours.

Who do I pay when I am the winning bidder of an auction?

If the item is being sold by a Wolf Paw Products & Auctions registered member, you should be contacted by the merchant shortly after the auction closes. Their e-mail to you will contain contact and payment information pertinent to the particular seller. It is your responsibility to arrange payment with the individual merchant within five (5) days.

If the item is being sold directly by Wolf Paw Products & Auctions you can proceed to our online payment center immediately to arrange payment for the auction.

Can I cancel a winning from my account if I changed my mind about the item?

No. When bidding on a product, you agree to complete the transaction. Failure to do so can lead to bidding or selling privileges suspension. We ask that you do not bid on items unless you are willing to process payment.

I am having problems logging in.

The single most common reason for an inability to log in is username/password problems. Before taking any of the steps mentioned below, check your username and password. Make sure your caps lock is off. You can easily tell by looking for the lights on your keyboard. If the light marked "CAPS" or "A" is lit, then hit the "Caps Lock" key to turn it off, and try your username and password again.

Do you accept Credit Cards for payment?

Yes, Wolf Paw Products & Auctions will accept all major Credit/Debit cards for payment. Please make sure the billing address on your account matches with the billing address for the credit card or your payments will be denied. If you would like to ship your merchandise to an alternate address, please contact customer service Live Help personnel.

How come when I tried to make a payment it did not go through, yet my credit card company/bank says the money was taken from my account?

What most likely transpired in this instance was that the charge in question was voided by our payment system. (Paypal)

Can I make payment by money order?

I live outside the USA, and by the time my order came I did not want it, so I refused it at customs. Why am I not receiving the full refund?

Even though your item was returned to us, customs must still be paid. You were charged a 25% refusal fee, as we had to pay the custom fees associated with the package.

How do I return an item?

Returns are only approved from the seller,(Wolf Paw Products & Auctions are not responcible in any way for this transaction)within 15 days from the date of receiving it.

Why hasn�t my refund been applied even though I have a signature confirmation that you received the package last week?

A refund will be applied within 2 weeks of the seller receiving your package. Refunds are applied to the same method of payment initially used for the order.

Will I be refunded the cost of shipping the item back to you?

This will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and is subject to review by the sellers returns department. Please include a copy of the cost associated with returning your item(s).

I really like my item, but it arrived damaged, can I exchange it for another?

Wolf Paw Products & Auctions is not responsible for any damage that is between the seller and the buyer.Please contact the seller to see if insurance was placed on the item
(NOTE) please try to always pay the insurance at the end of an auction.

I live outside the country and have submitted a return. Will I be reimbursed for my original customs fees?

Wolf Paw Products & Auctions is not responsible this is between the seller and the buyer , however you may request a form from your customs office for the request to be reimbursed. We can then provide documentation of the return.

I purchased an expensive item that I want to return. Can I send it back using an expedited method of shipping?

Once again this is between the seller and the buyer

I wanted to cancel my order before it shipped but I didn�t do it in time. Should I just refuse the package when it arrives?

No. All refused packages that are international will be assessed a 25% refusal fee. Domestically refused packages will forfeit shipping cost on the refund. Accept the package and contact the seller.

Since the PayPal transaction has not cleared, the system recognizes the items as unpaid. Please request extensions as needed until the transaction clearing date has come. Please be aware that PayPal payments may take up to 10 days to clear.

What is the ��?clearing date_ on my PayPal transaction page?

The clearing date is the projected date that the funds transfer will be complete and available to a merchant.

I made payment for an item last week, why are my items showing re-listed?

Payments made via PayPal are not transmitted immediately. Always provide the Transaction ID # after making a purchase. You may then request and be granted an extension to allow payment to transmit.

How come when I pay with PayPal on eBay the transaction is instant?

PayPal is proprietary of eBay. All information is pre-approved and prescreened by eBay/PayPal.

What is this Transaction ID # PayPal gives me after I make a payment?

The Transaction ID # is proof of payment provided by PayPal. It is also used as a reference number Wolf Paw Products & Auctions to track the status of a submitted payment. You may log on to the PayPal website and obtain this tracking number to aid Wolf Paw Products & Auctions in locating any payments. If you experience problems locating this information, please contact PayPal at 1-888-221-1161 for assistance.

I am trying to change the address on my shipping destination when making a PayPal payment. Why is PayPal not letting me modify this info?

The confirmed address that appears on your PayPal account will be the address that will appear on invoices you pay with PayPal. You must contact the seller directly to add alternate addresses for shipping purposes. You will be required to submit Address Verification information (AVS) to add an alternate address. Please also be aware that PayPal customers will be required to contact the seller directly to ensure the alternate address appears as desired on an invoice. , a PayPal payment will automatically transmit the confirmed address on the PayPal account.

Please proceed to file a formal claim by sending an email to wolfpaw_products@yahoo.ca. We must have your permission in writing to begin an investigation of mail fraud.

My product got returned to seller because I wasn't able to pick it up from the post office. Can you re-ship it to me?

Once your package arrives back at the seller location you will be contacted by the Claims Department to verify whether or not you want the item re-shipped . If the item was undeliverable and the address on the label is correct you must pay $15 to have the item re-shipped back to you.

If I pay for Overnight delivery on Friday, will I have my package on Saturday?

No. not offer Saturday delivery on our FedEx shipments. Payments received Friday may be shipped Friday, however, will not be delivered until the following business day (Monday). High priced packages will not ship Overnight on Fridays to ensure they are not stored on a delivery truck, unattended for 48 hours. Any orders exceeding $1000 will be shipped the following Monday.
Please be advised that sellers reserves the right to take up to 5 business days to pack and ship items with USPS as selected shipping. FedEx Standard Overnight may require up to 48 hours to pack and ship and will spend one day in transit. While the shipment is usually expedited considerably, the projections are based on a high volume, peak season.

My package is coming back to seller as undeliverable. Can I just get a refund instead of having it re-shipped?

No. unless seller agrees (Less)The shipping and transaction fees will be non-refundable.

Why doesn't my tracking number tell me details on the location of my package?

If your package was recently shipped, then it probably hasn't received its first destination scan. Another reason could be the shipping company may have not updated the info on their site. You can reference your tracking number directly with the shipping company for full details. Please be advised that the USPS does not provide step by step tracking details. It will only show delivery, or delivery attempts.

I paid for my 2 orders in the same day. Will they be shipped together?

No. Each time a payment is made, the system counts it as a separate order. To make sure the items are shipped together, please make payment for all of the items together.

I recently purchased an expensive item that I wish to return. Can I send it back using an expedited method of shipping?

That is up to the seller..

Will I have to pay duties on ordered items?

Any custom fees due for payment upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot say with certainty how much duties will you be paying upon order receipt. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for details on this issue.

It's been 3 weeks, how come I still don't have my order?

orders typically take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. However, it can occasionally take up to 8 weeks due to customs delays.

How come it says my order is in Newark? I live in Australia.

orders (or FedEx International Mail Service) are shipped to a sorting facility in Newark, and then shipped through your local carrier to you. Orders shipped via this type of service will take 3-4 weeks for delivery, and may take as long as 8 weeks if there are customs delays.

How come it says my package is 15lbs.?

packages are sent in bulk . They are then separated by country and mailed to you through your local postal carrier.

How come my order has been saying Newark, NJ for 3 weeks?

The user end of the tracking interface does not update after Newark due to the fact it is no longer being delivered by FedEx by this point.
